In case, we are unable to deliver to you because of government restrictions, we will notify you via email. We’re working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your order to you as soon as possible!

All orders are shipped from our studio in Lucknow using DELHIVERY,FEDEX, DHL-BLUE-DART and DTDC

Shipping within India
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking and also Cash on Delivery.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on request. Please email us at abhishatrends@gmail.com to find out more about international shipping.

Order and Shipping Process
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio within 3-5 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive .

Returns
If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at abhishatrends@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can offer a store credit or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt.

Exchange orders and Final Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to abhisha trends. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the store credit/replacement will be initiated.

Items purchased at our retail store cannot be returned. An exchange for your order can be processed in the form of store credit.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all abhisha trends garment tags and packaging still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
